When you create an account, we collect your full name, email address, and optionally a username. If you register through a social login, we may receive basic profile information from that provider.

1.2 Payment Information

We use Razorpay as our payment processor. When you make a purchase, your payment card details are entered directly on Razorpay's secure interface and are never stored on our servers. We receive only an anonymised transaction reference, amount, and status from Razorpay. Razorpay's processing of your data is governed by Razorpay's Privacy Policy.

1.3 Connected Social Accounts

When you connect third-party social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Google Business, LinkedIn), we receive OAuth access tokens. We use these tokens only to perform actions you explicitly authorise, such as publishing posts or retrieving analytics. We do not share your social account data with third parties for advertising purposes.

1.4 Usage and Log Data

We automatically collect log data when you use our service, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and date of visits, and referring URLs. This data is used for security monitoring, debugging, and improving the platform.

Payment & Refund Policy

All payments made on the Optimizor platform are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, no refund or reversal will be issued. Please review our Terms & Conditions for full details on our payment and cancellation policy.

Payment data is handled exclusively by Razorpay and is never stored on Optimizor servers. We receive only a transaction reference and status to confirm your purchase.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers: We engage trusted third-party vendors (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.
Payment Processors: Payment data is handled by Razorpay as described in Section 1.2.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
Business Transfers: If Optimizor is acquired or merges with another entity, your information may be transferred. We will notify you before this occurs.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it for a longer period (e.g., financial records required for tax compliance are retained for 7 years in India).

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
