Optimizor offers a full suite of managed social media services including content creation and scheduling, Instagram & Facebook ad management, LinkedIn growth, YouTube Shorts production, influencer co-ordination, and real-time analytics. Every plan is managed by a dedicated team — you never need to hire an in-house social media team.

Which platforms does Optimizor support — Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube?

We support Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and Google Business Profile. Depending on the plan you choose, our team handles content creation, scheduling, community management, and paid advertising across all selected platforms.

What is included in a social media management subscription?

A standard subscription includes strategy development, custom content creation (graphics + captions), scheduled posting, hashtag research, monthly analytics reports, and a dedicated account manager. Higher-tier plans add paid ad management, short-form video production, influencer outreach, and SEO-focused content.

Is community management — replies and DMs — included in the service?

Yes. Our Starter plan and above include basic community management: monitoring comments and flagging urgent messages. The Growth and Pro plans include active engagement — replying to comments, managing DMs, and handling review responses on Google Business Profile.

Does Optimizor use freelancers or an in-house team?

Optimizor works with a curated, vetted network of social media managers, content strategists, graphic designers, and ad specialists. Every account has a dedicated point of contact who co-ordinates the full team. You get the quality of an agency with the accountability of an in-house hire.

Pricing & Billing

How much does it cost to outsource social media management in India?

Optimizor plans start at ₹4,999/month (+ 18% GST) for the Starter plan covering 2 platforms and 12 posts per month, up to ₹24,999/month for the Enterprise plan with unlimited platforms, ad management, video production, and influencer co-ordination. Custom pricing is available for agencies and high-volume accounts.

Does Optimizor provide GST invoices for business subscriptions?

Yes. All subscriptions generate a GST-compliant invoice with our GSTIN, which you can use directly as input tax credit (ITC). Invoices are issued at the start of each billing cycle and available in your dashboard under Orders.

Are there any setup fees or hidden charges?

No setup fees. The monthly subscription cost is exactly what you pay (plus applicable 18% GST). Paid advertising budgets are separate — we manage the spend, but the ad budget goes directly from your account to Meta / Google.

Does Optimizor manage Instagram and Facebook ads for Indian businesses?

Yes. Ad management is included from the Growth plan (₹9,999/month + GST) onwards. Our specialists handle campaign setup, A/B testing, audience targeting, budget optimisation, and reporting. GST on ad spend (18%) is charged by Meta / Google directly to your ad account — not by us.

Contracts & Flexibility

Can I cancel my social media management plan anytime?

Yes. All Optimizor plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. You can cancel before your next billing date and your account stays active until the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan mid-month?

Yes. You can upgrade anytime — the difference is prorated and charged immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. You can manage this from your dashboard under Settings → Plan.

Is there a free trial?

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy within the first 7 days of your subscription, contact our support team for a full refund — no questions asked.

Getting Started

How quickly does Optimizor start working after I subscribe?

Onboarding takes 2–3 business days. After you subscribe, your account manager will reach out within 24 hours to schedule a strategy call, gather brand guidelines, and request platform access. The first content calendar is ready within 72 hours.

What information does Optimizor need from me to get started?

You'll share your brand guidelines (logo, colours, tone of voice), social media login credentials via a secure platform dashboard, your target audience profile, and any upcoming campaigns or promotions. Our team handles everything from there.

Will I be able to review and approve content before it goes live?

Yes. Every piece of content goes through an approval workflow. You receive a weekly content calendar with drafts for review. You can approve, request edits, or reject individual posts directly inside the Optimizor dashboard. Nothing publishes without your sign-off (unless you enable auto-publish).

Results & Reporting

Can I get a real-time analytics dashboard for my social media accounts?

Yes. The Optimizor dashboard provides real-time metrics including follower growth, post reach, engagement rate, story views, ad spend vs. return, and a cross-platform comparison view. Monthly PDF reports are also generated automatically and available under Metrics in your dashboard.

How do I track the performance of my social media campaigns with Optimizor?

The Metrics section of your dashboard aggregates data from all connected platforms. You can filter by platform, date range, and campaign type. For paid campaigns, cost-per-click, conversion rate, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) are shown. All data is pulled via official platform APIs.

What results can I expect in the first 3 months?

Results vary by industry and starting point, but typical clients see 20–40% follower growth, 2–3× improvement in engagement rate, and measurable lead generation within 90 days when content strategy and paid ads are combined. Organic SEO and influencer results take a little longer — typically 4–6 months for sustained traffic.

Content & Strategy

What is the difference between content creation and ad management services?

Content creation covers organic posts — graphics, captions, reels, stories — designed for algorithmic reach without paid budget. Ad management covers paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) where a budget is spent to reach a targeted audience. Both are most effective when used together; Optimizor Growth and Pro plans include both.

How does SEO and organic growth work with a managed service?

Our SEO content service covers keyword-rich captions for Instagram and LinkedIn, blog posts (on request), YouTube video descriptions, and Google Business Profile optimisation. These compound over time — organic reach grows as content is indexed by search engines like Google and discovered by AI assistants like ChatGPT and Google Gemini.

How does influencer marketing work through a managed platform?

On the Pro and Enterprise plans, our influencer team identifies micro-influencers (10K–500K followers) in your niche and region, negotiates partnerships, co-ordinates content deliverables, and tracks campaign ROI. All influencer spend and contracts are managed directly through the Optimizor platform for full transparency.
